Description of Solution
Middleware engine, which allows exchanging various types of supply chain documents, including orders, receiving notes, returns, and invoices. The document flow is fully automated and touchless without the need for human intervention. There are different incoming documents format supported, including invoices shared as a PDF via email. On top of that, the documents are undergoing multilevel validation to ensure their accuracy. Thanks to that, businesses can improve their deliveries, and business relationships, and reduce the operational flow. E-invoices are supported by an e-signature and timestamp, following the local tax regulations in order to allow a fully paperless e-archiving for audit purposes.
