Description of Solution
valitool is a high-performance e-invoice validation and visualisation solution designed for full compliance without platform dependency. Invoices are processed entirely within the customer’s infrastructure, ensuring full data sovereignty and control.
The solution is built for demanding environments, handling more than 200,000 invoices per day and invoice files exceeding 100 MB. It combines deep validation with complete visualisation of all invoice content, including standard and all extended elements, making complex structures fully human-readable. valitool goes beyond schema checks and covers business rules, VAT logic, payment terms and audit-relevant plausibility controls, reducing rejections and operational risk. It supports EN 16931 and more than 80 national and sector-specific profiles, including XRechnung, Factur-X and Peppol BIS Billing. It integrates via REST API, Java, CLI or Docker into existing workflows. Outputs and reports are available in German, English and French
