Description of Solution
Ceyoniq provides an end-to-end solution for digital invoice processes covering both incoming and outgoing invoices. Incoming invoices are digitally received, validated and routed through approval workflows before being archived in a compliant manner.
For outgoing invoices, invoice data is provided by the ERP system. Ceyoniq ensures validation, conversion into compliant e-invoicing formats and standardized transmission via PEPPOL and other delivery channels, including support for German (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD) and additional European e-invoicing formats.
The solution focuses on process automation, transparency and audit-ready compliance and integrates seamlessly into existing ERP and financial systems.
