Description of Solution
Our e-invoicing solution is fully integrated into SAP and creates and sends e-invoices (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD) directly from your existing processes. The invoicing workflow runs automatically across all relevant modules – including SD, MM, FI, RE-FX, and IS-U – without system breaks or additional tools. Formats and delivery methods such as email, PEPPOL, DE-Mail, or government portals can be flexibly controlled via customizing for each business partner.
The solution does not require middleware or third-party software, remains completely on-premise, and keeps all data in your own SAP system. There are no ongoing license costs and no dependency on transaction volumes or user numbers, making it a lean, low-complexity alternative to SAP DRC for companies with German compliance requirements.
